In honor of the Fourth weekend, I am posting a few cookout-related recipes.

You can never have enough pickle recipes. Only need one-half a peck of small cucumbers for this one. Anyone know what a peck is?

I used to love these when I was a kid.

Any recipe that can be included in both the “salads” and “desserts” category. I’m with it.
